FC Tucker’s Spring Makeover

 1. WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM and FC Tucker Emge will conduct the contest on the date(s) listed above for a chance to win the following prizes: Sticks and Stones Landscaping Package - $1,500, Gil’s LT 1042 Cub Cadet - $1,599, Gatlinburg Drive-to vacation - $1,500, Florida Drive-to vacation - $1,500, Bassemiers Gift Certificate - $1,000, Stanley Steemer Spring Cleaning Package-$1,500, Zeidler’s Plant Center Gift Certificate-$1,000, Dixon’s TV and Appliance-Washer and Dryer.

2. Contestants can get qualified by visiting FC Tucker Emge open house events on April 27th, May 4th, May 11th and May 18th to register and retrieve a “Registration Card” from the realtor. No purchase necessary. Contestants may go to as many open houses as they want to retrieve one of these registration cards. All qualifiers will then be asked to join WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM and FC Tucker Emge on May 18th at the FC Tucker office at Crosspoint: Lloyd Expressway and I 164 for their chance to win. All qualifiers must be present and bring with them their “Registration Cards” on the specified grand prize contest event date as instructed to be eligible to win. If any qualifier is not present at the time of the contest, that finalist will be eliminated from the contest, and will not be eligible to participate for the chance to win the grand prizes. Each and every contestant must sign the official finalist affidavit of eligibility form provided by contest administrator at the Grand Prize Event.

3. All qualifiers will have the chance to win the grand prizes by placing a registration card into the registration box of their choice. They can place all of their “Registration Cards” in one box or in multiple boxes. Each registration box will be labeled and coordinate with the different prizes. IMPORTANT: Any contestant found tampering with their registration boxes will be disqualified and will not have another attempt. The finalist whose name is pulled from each box will win the grand prize coordinating with that box. There will be a maximum of (1) winner per box.

4. The contest is open to persons 18 years of age and older. Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, and JACK-FM within 30 calendar days before the contest are ineligible to win.

5. The following classes of people are ineligible to win:

  • Employees of WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM
  • Employees of FC Tucker Emge
  • Employees of Sticks and Stones Landscaping
  • Employees of Stanley Steemer
  • Employees of Gil’s
  • Employees of Zeidler’s
  • Employees of Dixon’s
  • Employees of Bassemiers
  • Immediate families of any and all sponsors (the term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren)


    • 6. Difficulties with getting to locations to enter the contest are not the responsibility of WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM, FC Tucker Emge, Sticks and Stones Landscaping, Gil’s, Stanley Steemer, Zeidler’s, Dixon’s or Bassemiers.

    7. As winner of the grand prizes, you will be required to sign a release form before your prize will be awarded. You will be responsible for all applicable title fees, registration fees, and taxes including state, local, and federal and therefore must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.

    8. As a grand prize winner, you acknowledge that WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM, FC Tucker Emge, Sticks and Stones Landscaping, Gil’s, Stanley Steemer, Zeidler’s, Dixon’s and Bassemiers have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that you are a grand prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

    9. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Void where prohibited.

    10. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect the prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM, FC Tucker Emge, Sticks and Stones Landscaping, Gil’s, Stanley Steemer, Zeidler’s, Dixon’s and Bassemiers. Another winner will not be selected.

    11. WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM and FC Tucker Emge reserves the right to make rule or contest changes without notice at any time. WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM and FC Tucker Emge also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest date without notice.

    12. The decision of WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM and FC Tucker Emge management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules.

    13. If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

    14. WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM, FC Tucker Emge, Sticks and Stones Landscaping, Gil’s, Stanley Steemer, Zeidler’s, Dixon’s, Bassemiers, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize.

    15. WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM, FC Tucker Emge, Sticks and Stones Landscaping, Gil’s, Stanley Steemer, Zeidler’s, Dixon’s, Bassemiers, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in travel or prize delivery.

    16. The chance to win the grand prizes includes:

  • Contestants visiting FC Tucker Emge open houses.
  • Contestants must then pick up a “Registration Card.”
  • All qualifiers will be asked to be present on May 18th.
  • All qualifiers will then place their “Registration Cards” into the registration box or boxes of their choice.

    The qualifier who is drawn from each box will be the grand prize winner of that prize.

    WIKY, HOT 96, 93.5 THE WOLF, WABX-FM, JACK-FM, FC Tucker Emge, Sticks and Stones Landscaping, Gil’s, Stanley Steemer, Zeidler’s, Dixon’s and Bassemiers is not responsible and provides no warranties regarding the use of the grand prize.
